Job Description
The UI/UX Designer will create intuitive, visually engaging and user-friendly designs for digital platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skill and a passion for design excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Web Design: Design responsive and visually appealing websites that align with brand guidelines.
- Application UI: Develop user interfaces for mobile and web applications focusing on usability and user experience.
- Logo Design: Develop creative, visually appealing and brand-aligned logos for clients and internal projects.
- Graphics Design: Create engaging visual assets, including illustrations, icons, banners and marketing materials.
- Social Media Assets: Design engaging posts, banners and graphics for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Graphic Tools Mastery: Utilize design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and Figma for various projects.
- Prototyping Wireframing: Create wireframes, mockups and prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and flows.
- Custom Illustrations Icons: Create original illustrations and icons to enhance brand identity.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain visual consistency across all digital assets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, marketers and product teams to ensure designs meet project objectives.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 0-1 year in UI/UX design or related fields (internship experience is a plus).
- Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and Canva.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing work in UI/UX, graphic design and illustrations.
Primary Skills:
- Expertise in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Figma).
- Strong visual design sense and knowledge of typography.
- Strong logo design and branding skills.
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Optional Skills:
- Knowledge of animation tools or micro-interaction design.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for design feasibility.
- Familiarity with CMS tools like WordPress.
