Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and deliver process training programs for insurance agents to improve their sales performance.
Provide coaching on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service best practices to enhance agent performance.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted training solutions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics such as ROI analysis.

Job Requirements :

6-10 years of experience in insurance industry or related field.
Proven track record in developing and delivering effective sales training programs.
Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
