Job Description
The position is responsible for:
(1) Generating lead from various Colleges for integrated coaching / Resource Sharing.
(2) Identifying new areas of potential business opportunities. Developing new and existing and other accounts in the territory.
(3) Responsible for admission target for the respected Area. Manage direct parent enquiry handling and also manage telephonic enquiry handling.
(4) Visiting colleges by taking prior appointment and present MT service details to the concerned authorities.
(5) Cold-calling from a given data base for lead generation and from database.
(6) Visiting student premises by taking appointment with the Parents and present MT service details for potential admission.
(7) Follow up with the decision makers / parents for tie-ups / admissions.
(8) Arranging and conducting the Educational / Career Guidance Seminars in consultation with the Zonal Manager.
(9) Daily Call Report, Visit Report and progress report.
Desired Candidate Profile
Competencies:-
Qualification: Essential: BE/ BTech or Science Graduates.
Desirable: MBA in Marketing
Candidate must have:
- Excellent Communication skills. Knowledge of English / Hindi / Marathi is must. Knowledge of Gujarati will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of MS office - specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Should acquire the knowledge of various School level competitive exams viz NTSE, Homi Bhabha, Olympiads and Entrance Exams for Medical and Engineering.
