We are hiring a Workforce Planning Analyst for our Corporate Trust division. This is a hybrid role based in Hyderabad, requiring 3 days/week from office.
As a key member of our Business Planning Team, youll collaborate closely with onshore teams and various internal departments including HR, MI, and Technology to deliver capacity planning and workforce optimization for multiple business lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop short-term, long-term, and event-driven capacity forecasts across business units.
- Track skillsets using skill matrices and recommend training before backlogs occur.
- Partner with HR, MI, Training, and Operations teams to capture and report workforce metrics.
- Monitor attrition rates (voluntary, involuntary, internal movement, new hires).
- Assess and adjust staffing levels based on monthly business capacity analysis.
- Forecast staffing requirements down to daily/interval levels.
- Create and share event modelling reports factoring shrinkage rates.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in workforce planning, project management, or implementation.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is a must.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal in English).
- Ability to interact and collaborate with stakeholders across levels.
