Job Description

As a Closure Manager at Phoenix Assurance Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in claim verification and investigation for private insurance companies across India. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient allocation, closure, and updates of claims under the guidance of office managers. To excel in this role, you must have a strong grasp of medical terminology, disease classification, and treatment procedures. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with both internal team members and external stakeholders such as insurance company managers. Additionally, basic computer skills including knowledge of MS Office and email communication are required to streamline daily operations. You may also be tasked with handling any other responsibilities assigned by the company's managers. This position requires you to work from the office located at Shyamal Shilp Zaveri Building, Ahmedabad, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. Freshers with a background in BHMS/BAMS/BPT are encouraged to apply. The salary for this role ranges from 15,000 to 22,000, subject to personal interview, experience, and knowledge base.
