Job Description
- Job Description: As a valuable member of our team at WNS (Holdings) Limited, you will be responsible for deploying Forex hedging strategies to mitigate the risk of adverse currency movements and managing Forex operations while ensuring compliance. Your role will involve supporting the front office in deal confirmation, setting up FX limits with banks, and overseeing all FX-related compliances. Additionally, you will be tasked with the implementation of Hedge Accounting and disclosures in accordance with IFRS/Local GAAPs, as well as liaising with auditors to address any queries. Another key aspect of your role will be setting up working capital facilities, negotiating pricing with banks and financial institutions for both fund and non-fund based facilities to meet working capital requirements and long-term debt needs. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth renewal of credit ratings, D&B ratings, and valuations to support the financial stability and growth of the organization. To excel in this position, you should hold a B.Com, CA, CWA, or MBA qualification with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. Your strong exposure to the foreign exchange market and accounting principles will be instrumental in driving the success of our operations.
