Job Description

Acquire new BBWC clients through branch leads, market scoping, and networking.

Manage and grow an assigned portfolio, ensuring product penetration and revenue maximization.

Cross-sell banking solutions including corporate salary accounts, liabilities, and third-party products.

Prepare and manage CAMs, resolve queries, and handle negotiations on rates and charges.

Ensure complete documentation pre- and post-disbursement.

Coordinate with credit, operations, and trade desks for smooth transaction processing.

Monitor portfolio health, manage stress accounts, and ensure compliance with all banking regulations.

Strong understanding of financials and balance sheets

Understanding of SME sector and banking products

Position: Relationship Manager Business Banking (Working Capital)
Location: Bangalore, Chennai
Experience: Minimum 6 years in Working Capital Sales (Private Sector Bank preferred)
Education: Postgraduate in Finance / Chartered Accountant / Graduate with relevant experience
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to acquire and manage Business Banking Working Capital (BBWC) clients. You will be responsible for developing a portfolio of 30-40 BBG relationships, ensuring high-quality service, and driving profitability through asset and liability products.
