As part of eCREW you will be part of a team which provides the best of facilities and real estate solutions to the organization and its associates (employees) across various areas. As part of this team, you are the key owner to conceive innovative ideas and execute those ideas for existing facilities or upcoming facilities. You will get to dab your hands on any of the verticals be it transportation, food, travel, concierges, housekeeping or any allied services to make the Walmart facility the World Class facility in India.
What you'll do:
Your core responsibility would be to manage facilities operations of a building, amenities ; services where you lead the facilities including contractors to maintain the premises ; provide best of the services to the associates (employees) in the organization.
This would include areas like housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, pest control services, event management etc You will also have the obligation of maintaining vendor relationships to ensure service levels are met as agreed in the contracts.
You would have sound knowledge of auditing the services and if any discrepancies, you would work with vendors to rectify any abnormalities as per the agreed terms and conditions signed by Walmart contract.
You will have to interface with various stake holders from business to fulfill their requirements from time to time depending on the business needs.
What you'll bring:
You hold a Bachelors / masters or an equivalent degree with 10+; years of relevant experience.
You should have experience in managing a team of 2 -3 people directly reporting to you.
You should have good Food ; Beverage knowledge, Menu planning and Cafeteria Management
You should have good knowledge of handling Transport operations
You should have experience in managing vendors to execute the day to day work.
You should have experience in managing multiple buildings at least in 2 cities. You should have experience in managing various areas of running a facility in an IT company.
You should have strong interpersonal skills and should be able to communicate at all levels within the Company.
You should have proficiency in the use of MS word, Excel, Power Point etc

Minimum Qualifications...
Bachelor s degree in Business, Logistics, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years experience in operations, retail, project management, or related area OR 4 years experience in operations, retail, project management, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications...
4 years Walmart Home Office experience., Master s degree in Business Administration., Project Management certification.
