Job Description
- Manage and oversee the development of new technology solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop innovative solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with new technology projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with project management tools and technologies is an added advantage.
