We are looking for a .NET Appcation Support Engineer with a background in C#/.NET ASP.NET SQL Server and frontend technologies ke React and TypeScriptThe role involves providing handson support troubleshooting and minor enhancements for enterprise appcations in an Agile environmentYou'll collaborate with developers operations and business stakeholders to ensure stabity performance and timely resolution of issues ResponsibitiesProvide L/L appcation support for .NETbased enterprise systems Investigate troubleshoot and resolve production issues Collaborate with development teams for defect fixes and minor enhancements Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions Maintain documentation for support processes and resolutions Support deployment and release activities using CI/CD tools Skills
Must have years of experience with C# .NET Framework ASP.NET SQL Server Working knowledge of React TypeScript and OOP concepts Experience with Git CI/CD tools and scripting (PowerShell preferred) Famiarity with incident problem and change management (ITIL) Strong analytical communication and problemsolving skills Exposure to cloud platforms ke AWS or Azure Nice to have Experience with ControlM Octopus Deploy Background in front office systems or capital markets (especially FX) Understanding of Agile methodologies and collaboration tools (Rally Confluence)
