(New Car or Renew from other Insurer) Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Actuary (Pricing) Purpose of Role: Responsible for handling pricing testing , pricing report & other pricing related work and product development and prepare product related documents for IRDA approval. Education: Graduate / Post Graduate with at least 3 Actuarial exams cleared 0 to 3 years of experience in Pricing Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate in the design of new General Insurance products along with other stakeholders and play a pivotal role in product development. Create and review excel and EMBLEM models for pricing and profit testing. Provide main technical inputs and ensure robustness of pricing models and illustrations. Ability to provide insightful summary of the results of various iteration and sensitivities done during pricing. Review and sign off on all the pricing related work before review by Appointed Actuary. Prepare pricing reports , F&U and other necessary documents to facilitate product approval from IRDA. Active involvement in finalizing the pricing assumptions and take necessary sign offs Competencies: Proficient with EMBLEM , Excel , R. GLM knowledge. Data Analysis , Data mining.
