Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• New customer acquisition
• Generate leads by cold and reference calling
• Call customer as per CRM lead
• Handle front desk activity & maintain data on CRM
• Drive cross-selling of other financial instruments of IIFL
• Handle front desk activity & maintain data on CRM & Attend daily marketing activity
• Responsible for Gold Valuation * & enhancing the POS** growth of the particular branch
• Participate in field-marketing activities to improve the brand visibility of IIFL _GL branch in the proper catchment areas
• Accounting & handling cash in the branch for Gold Loan transactions
• Good in clerical ability & systematic working is highly appreciated
• Accuracy in calculation, counting & maintenance of records

Preferred candidate profile

• Should flair for customer handling & sales(Preferred Loan/Gold Loan Sector)
• Flexible for doing outdoor activities.
• Willing to take up responsibilities & ownership proactively and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Should have basic knowledge on computer
