Job Description
- Approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and provide after-sales support.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms of sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Identify and attract potential customers through cold calls, emails, field visits, and networking.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions tailored to those needs.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and product demonstrations.
