Role & responsibilities :

International Blended Process (US shift)
Customer Handling
Connecting with internationals clients
24x7 Rotational shift, 2 Rotational week offs

Preferred candidate profile :

Freshers are eligible
0-2Years of Experience candidates in customer support domain are eligible
Excellent communication skills in English
Good interpersonal skills
