Location: Gurugram
Work Type: Full-time | Rotational Shifts | 5 Days Working

Your Role:
As a Customer Support Executive, youll be the voice of the company. Your job will include:
- Answering customer queries via calls, chats, or emails.
- Assisting with bookings, travel-related concerns, and post-sale support.
- Providing accurate, quick, and friendly solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Documenting customer interactions and feedback.
- Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve escalations.
Youre a Great Fit If You Have:
- Graduation (Freshers Welcome!) OR
Undergraduation with 6+ months of customer support experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- A customer-first attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Interest or experience in the travel industry is a BIG plus!
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.

- Rotational Shifts (24/7 environment)
- 9-hour shift (including breaks)
- Weekly rotational offs (2 days)
