Business Analyst Business Analyst @ Zensar

Job Description

• Engage with LOBs to co-create AI opportunity cases, develop use-case backlog, and prioritize based on ROI and strategic impact
• Create detailed business cases, including cost-benefit and KPI definitions, for LLM/RAG/agent deployments
• Map current-state processes and design future-state workflows supported by GenAI integration
• Develop executive-level communications presentations, status reports, and AI roadmap briefs
• Work closely with technical teams to align business requirements with Azure-based AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Search, Azure DevOps)
• Utilize Azure DevOps for user story tracking, backlog refinement, and sprint progress reporting
• 3-5 years experience in business analysis, product strategy, or consulting, particularly on AI/digital transformation projects
