Job Description
- You are a Robotics Engineer with 2-10 years of experience, sought after to join a dynamic team focusing on ROS2 development. Your responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing advanced robotic systems and applications using ROS2. You will be involved in developing behavioral and control systems, including planning and navigation for autonomous robots. Proficiency in ROS2, hardware integration, real-time systems, and expertise in URDF are crucial for this role. Your key responsibilities will involve designing and developing robust robotic applications using ROS2, implementing software for various robotic systems, and developing ROS2 nodes, Services/Clients, Publishers/Subscriber. You will lead the development of path/motion planning algorithms, integrate sensors, actuators, and hardware components with robotic systems, and create and maintain accurate URDF models. Algorithm implementation for perception, localization, mapping, navigation, and control will be part of your role. Your tasks will also include utilizing simulation tools like Gazebo, Rviz2, and Unity for testing robotic systems in virtual environments and performing real-world testing for system robustness. Documentation of system architecture, design decisions, algorithms, and user guides will be essential. Additionally, you will stay updated with the latest advancements in robotics and ROS2, contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. Candidates are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Robotics, or related fields.
