We are hiring Marketing Associates to drive growth and lead generation for our cutting-edge HR Tech SaaS platform. This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic about marketing, passionate about HR technology, and eager to make an impact through creative campaigns and targeted content.

Youll be working on high-impact initiatives focused on HR leaders, recruiters, and talent managershelping us build strong engagement and drive customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting HR decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and digital channels
Collaborate in creating case studies, whitepapers, and product-focused content for the HR community
Analyze campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements to boost conversions
Support the sales team in lead nurturing activities tailored to HR-specific accounts
Conduct research on HR tech trends, competitor activities, and relevant industry events for brand positioning

What Were Looking For:

02 years of marketing experience (preferably in B2B SaaS or HR Tech)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to create professional, engaging content for an HR audience
Basic understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and lead generation funnels
Self-starter with a keen interest in HR, recruitment tech, and SaaS marketing
