Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls to assist customers with queries, complaints, and service requests.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Maintain call logs, update customer records, and ensure data accuracy.
Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate to higher support levels when necessary.
Meet daily/weekly call handling targets and quality parameters.
Maintain professional communication and adhere to company guidelines.

Qualification: Graduate fresher- BBA., BA., B.Com., BCA., B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, CS,MBA, MCA Maths)and 10+12+Diploma., Passed out year - 2019 to 2024

Required Skills:

Good Verbal and Written Communication skills
Should be comfortable working with Night shifts.
Sound analytical skills
Logical thinking
