Job Description

Make outbound calls to US county offices, tax collectors, and municipal authorities to obtain property tax status, delinquency information, and payment history.

Perform tax search activities by reviewing county websites, portals, and public records.

Update and maintain accurate records of tax amounts, due dates, and payment instructions.

Verify and retrieve information related to deeds, ownership details, and property transfers.

Document all interactions and findings in internal systems with proper notation and supporting evidence.

Work closely with internal title/mortgage/tax teams to provide timely and accurate tax data.

Follow escalation procedures for unresolved or complex issues.

Ensure adherence to US regulatory standards and client-specific compliance requirements.
