Job Description

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Trainer to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs to improve the performance and productivity of our sales team. The Sales Trainer will work closely with sales leadership to identify training needs, implement learning initiatives, and ensure our salesforce is equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and skills to meet and exceed targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and deliver engaging sales training programs (onboarding, product knowledge, sales skills, CRM use, etc.).
    • Conduct workshops and coaching sessions for new and existing sales team members.
    • Assess training needs through performance metrics, stakeholder feedback, and market trends.
    • Create and maintain training materials such as manuals, presentations, handouts, e-learning modules, etc.
    • Stay up to date with product launches, industry developments, and sales best practices.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs and make improvements accordingly.
    • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and HR teams to align training with company goals and strategies.
    • Coach underperforming sales reps and support performance improvement plans.
    • Facilitate role-plays, simulations, and real-time feedback sessions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or Sales Manager.
    • Strong understanding of sales techniques (B2B/B2C), processes, and sales cycles.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
    • Ability to motivate and inspire others.
    • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), CRM platforms, and sales tools.
    • Certification in training or sales methodologies is a plus.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong analytical skills to assess performance data.
    • Ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
