Job Description
iOPEX Technologies, is a new-gen technology-focused company in the field of Integrated Automation (RPA, AI, ML, iPaas, Low-Code/No-Code), Moderation Services, Digital Advertising and Transforming Customer & Technical Support Experience. We acquire the latest advancements in our focus areas and optimize the resources available to deliver the best outcome for our clients in the long run, which in turn improves the top and bottom line of their businesses. We provide service in IT, Digital Media and ITES for fortune 100 and 500 clients. We operate from the US, UK, Chennai, Bangalore, Manila.
We are looking for immediate joiners, who can join us in short notice for Automation Anywhere with at least 3 out of 4 areas (web, windows, ERP packages & client server applications).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing the team as an RPA technical lead and SME onsite.
- Analyze business process and identifying automation opportunities and assess automation feasibility.
- Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required.
- Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process flows.
- Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions.
- Configuring new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand using Automation Anywhere.
- Code Review and bringing best practices & standards.
- Strong experience and exposure in SQL.
- Creating and maintaining solution documentation.
- Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of Client's RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
- Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
- Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases.
- Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and roll out phases.
Skills required:
- Proven technical experience in an IT programming development environment in Automation Anywhere. Overall IT experience of 7+ years and hands-on project experiences as Technical SME of 2+ years
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages such as MS Excel (VBA scripting), MS Visio, MS Access, MS Word
- Hands-on experience in VB Script and JavaScript. Experience in Microsoft stack is highly preferred.
- Strong in requirement gathering and analysis (ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an inquiring mind)
- Strong in design principles and modular programming techniques.
