Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Field Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network issues. The role includes installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and customer support at client locations.

Key Responsibilities;

• Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and software
• Provide onsite support for hardware, OS, and basic network issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for end-users
• Install and update Windows operating systems and drivers
• Deliver excellent customer service during field visits
• Maintain documentation of work done and equipment handled
  

Requirements:

• Experience in desktop/field IT support
• Knowledge of Windows OS, hardware setup, and basic networking
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel for onsite support
