Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential leads through online research, social platforms (LinkedIn, etc.), databases, and other sources.
- Qualify leads and maintain an organized and updated CRM with accurate lead information.
- Use tools like Lusha, Apollo.io, and Hunter.io for lead enrichment and verification.
- Conduct outbound campaigns using email marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow up with prospects.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality leads to support business development targets.
- Track and report KPIs like conversion rate, response rate, etc.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation or a similar role (preferably in a SaaS or IT company).
- Familiarity with tools like Lusha, CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.), and email campaign tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
