Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor data quality across various systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns
• Perform data analysis to support business operations.
• Address and resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and anomalies.

Key Skills:

• Should be a Graduate
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic understanding of Tally ERP
• Language proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred
