Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Front Desk Management:

Greet visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
Handle calls, messages, and basic queries.
Manage visitor logs, passes, and meeting room bookings.
Coordinate couriers and maintain related records.
Keep reception area neat and presentable.

Monitor and manage office supplies and procurement.
Support housekeeping, pantry, and facility upkeep.
Maintain admin records, petty cash, and expense tracking.
Assist with travel, events, and logistics.
