Role & responsibilities


Front Desk Management:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
  • Handle calls, messages, and basic queries.
  • Manage visitor logs, passes, and meeting room bookings.
  • Coordinate couriers and maintain related records.
  • Keep reception area neat and presentable.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and procurement.
  • Support housekeeping, pantry, and facility upkeep.
  • Maintain admin records, petty cash, and expense tracking.
  • Assist with travel, events, and logistics.
