About the Role:
We are transforming the weight loss experience through GLP-1 therapies and personalized wellness programs. We are looking for a Design Lead with 13 years of experience at a sharp, consumer-focused brand to elevate our visual identity. As our Design Lead, you'll play a key role in creating impactful design across digital platforms, from our website to social media channels, and help implement our design system. If you're passionate about brand-building, user-centric design, and are comfortable balancing both static and video content, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and elevate the venture's design system: Implement, maintain, and evolve our design system across digital touchpoints to ensure consistency and quality.
- Design for multiple channels: Work on website designs, social media graphics, brand collateral, and video content to support marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Create visually engaging content: Produce compelling static that resonates with our audience and strengthens our brand presence across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that design efforts align with business goals and user experience principles.
- Manage brand documentation: Help create and update brand guidelines, design assets, and visual documentation for internal and external use.
- Optimize design processes: Improve workflows and maintain design best practices to ensure efficiency while maintaining high-quality output.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a design role at a consumer-focused brand (preferably not a manufacturer or local brand).
- Strong proficiency in design tools (Adobe illustrator, Photoshop and Canva). Experience implementing and maintaining design systems across web, social, and other digital platforms.
- A portfolio showcasing strong visual design across static and video content.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a keen eye for modern design trends.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
