Responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks
Provides support to employees, customers, and visitors
Responsibilities:1
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure that they are in good working order

Coordinate scheduling and meetings, and make arrangements for travel and accommodations as needed

Greet and assist visitors, and answer and direct phone calls as needed
Requirements:1
Experience in an administrative support role, with a track record of delivering high-quality work

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, customers, and visitors

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other common office software, including email and calendar applications
