Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Solution Architect Active Networking to lead the solutioning and customer engagement efforts for enterprise networking projects. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in Cisco, Juniper, HPE Aruba, and other leading OEMs in the active networking space. This is a customer-facing role focused on solution design, PoCs, and direct customer support for large and mid-sized enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with enterprise customers to understand business needs and translate them into scalable networking solutions.
- Design high-availability, secure, and robust active networking architectures using Cisco, Juniper, HPE Aruba, and similar platforms.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, BOMs, and HLD/LLD documentation.
- Support sales and pre-sales teams in customer presentations, technical discussions, and RFP responses.
- Lead technical workshops and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for key customers.
- Coordinate with OEMs and internal delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and delivery alignment.
- Stay current with industry trends, networking innovations, and security standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise networking design and implementation.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Cisco (Routing & Switching, SD-WAN, Wireless), Juniper, HPE Aruba.
- Proven experience in creating architecture and deployment plans for LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and data center networks.
- Strong understanding of network security, segmentation, and compliance standards.
- Experience in solutioning for BFSI, Manufacturing, or Service sectors is preferred.
- Industry certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE, or Aruba Certified Professional are desirable.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
