Maximo Application Administrator

Location: Remote

Experience Level: 3-15 years preferred

Bangalore Office Location: 1st floor, IndiQube Platina, 15 Commissariat Road, Ashok Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka- 560025
Hyderabad Office Location: Pragma Towers, Plot No.07,Image Gardens Road, Silicon Valley, Madhapur, Hyderabad, TG-500081

Employment Type: Full-time

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS8/9).
• Provide user support and resolve system issues.
• Manage upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
• Perform data operations and system configurations.
• Collaborate with IT/business teams for solution implementation.
• Monitor and optimize system performance.

Core Technical Requirements:

• Strong experience in Maximo configuration, customization, and administration.
• Familiarity with WebSphere, RedHat OpenShift, and MAS8.
• Integration experience with external systems/interfaces.
• Proficiency in databases: DB2, Oracle, MySQL.
• Experience with SSO, LDAP, SAML, and cloud platforms (IBM Cloud, Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift and MAS offerings (Manage, Monitor, Health, Predict, etc.).

Preferred Experience:

• Maximo upgrade projects and performance tuning.
• Migration Manager and configuration migration.
• Customer-facing support and pre-sales involvement.
• Proposal writing and architectural solution design.

Soft Skills & Other Requirements:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving.
• Project management and client interaction experience.
• Willingness to work in shifts and provide 24x7 support.
