Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and maintaining the companys network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and VLANs. Ensures high network availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain network devices.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Configure and manage VLANs and network routing/switching protocols.
• Implement and maintain network security to protect against cyber threats.
• Manage network configurations, user accounts, and access permissions.
• Ensure regular backups and support disaster recovery strategies.
• Work with other IT teams to integrate new systems and technologies.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in network support or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols.
• Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls.
• Understanding of network security practices.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.
