Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Qualification and Skill Set:

• Diploma/bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 1 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceDesk Plus, Jira, Freshdesk).
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with remote support tools

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware servers, switches, routers, UPS, etc
• Perform patch management, system updates, and backup operations
• Handle Network administration: IP management, firewall access, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
• Assist with implementation of infrastructure projects like data center migrations, network upgrades, etc.
• Provide L1 support to users for system, network, and application issues
• Troubleshoot hardware/software faults, connectivity problems, and system access errors.
• Support Active Directory, Office 365, endpoint security, and remote access tools.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and system configuration records.
• Work with vendors and OEMs for hardware/software support,
• Billing related issue
