Job Description

    The role based in Delhi requires an MBA graduate with 2 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: - Talent Staffing: Focus on reducing Turnaround Time (TAT) and cost per hire. Obtain feedback from candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive recruitment experience. - Quality of Hire: Aim to minimize new hire attrition and enhance new hire performance. - Adherence to Processes: Ensure 100% compliance with Group guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including Assessment Tests, Reference Checks, On-boarding, and Background Verification (BGV) processes. - On-boarding: Improve the on-boarding experience by streamlining pre-joining formalities and implementing Project WOW to create a positive impact on new employees. - Special Projects: Initiate automation and enhancements in Referral Management, aligning with group guidelines to boost referrals. Optimize portal management to reduce recruitment costs and leverage Social Media channels for enhanced hiring strategies. Your role involves playing a critical part in shaping the recruitment process, ensuring quality hires, and driving efficiency through innovative projects.
