Job Description
- As a STEM Trainer (Robotics), you will be an integral part of our team, dedicated to inspiring and educating the next generation of learners in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Your role will involve designing and delivering engaging lessons, facilitating interactive learning experiences, and fostering a love for STEM subjects among students. Through your guidance, students will develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovation skills essential for their academic and professional growth. Your key responsibilities will include instructing and facilitating STEM lessons in both classroom and workshop settings. You will be expected to explain complex concepts in a simple and accessible manner, encouraging student participation through discussions and group activities. Additionally, you will conduct science experiments, engineering challenges, and technological demonstrations to captivate students" interest and help them understand scientific principles. Furthermore, you will integrate digital tools, simulations, and educational technology into your lessons to enhance learning experiences and showcase real-world applications of STEM concepts. By engaging students in activities that promote problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity, you will guide them through analysing problems, exploring various solutions, and making evidence-based decisions. Collaboration and teamwork will be key aspects of your role, as you organize group projects and activities that encourage students to work together effectively. Creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment that values diverse perspectives will be essential for fostering students" growth and development. In terms of qualifications, we require candidates to hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field or related discipline. Strong communication skills, experience with robotics systems (including programming, assembly, and troubleshooting), and familiarity with simulation software are highly desirable. Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring will be advantageous.
