Job Description
- As a Senior Manager, Salesforce AI Technical Architect at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, implementation, and deployment of Salesforce solutions to meet business objectives and best practices. You will be responsible for integrating Salesforce with other systems, utilizing Agentforce for AI-driven customer service, implementing Salesforce Chatbots for enhanced customer engagement, and leveraging Einstein AI to develop intelligent solutions that drive business value. Additionally, you will apply Data Science methodologies to analyze complex business problems, generate actionable insights, and implement Generative AI models to enhance business processes and customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the deployment of Salesforce solutions into production environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, providing technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, and staying updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies. You will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field, along with relevant years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified AI Specialist, or equivalent are required, as well as hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), platform configuration, data modeling, and integrations. To excel in this role, you should have expertise in Agentforce, Salesforce Chatbot, Einstein AI, Data Science, and Generative AI models. Strong background in Data Science, including experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques is essential. Your ability to design scalable, maintainable, and robust Salesforce solutions, along with excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, will be critical for success in this position.
