Job Description
- As a Senior AEM Enterprise Architect for Web Delivery at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, strategy, and governance of enterprise-wide web platforms and digital experience systems. Your responsibilities will include defining and maintaining the enterprise web architecture strategy aligned with business objectives, evolving the architecture blueprint encompassing various technologies, establishing design standards and best practices, and ensuring governance through reusable components and documentation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture with business needs, oversee projects such as site redesigns and web performance optimization, evaluate and recommend tools and technologies related to web infrastructure, frontend frameworks, and deployment pipelines, and embed web security best practices and compliance standards into delivery processes. Your role will also involve leading the architecture and integration of platforms like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), headless CMS, DAM, and CDNs, designing integration models for backend systems via APIs and middleware, defining performance KPIs and optimization techniques, collaborating with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, implementing security measures, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, and mentoring developers and product owners. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in software or web architecture with a focus on AEM, be well-versed in technologies like headless CMS, DAM, CDN providers, and frontend frameworks, possess a deep understanding of integration architectures, performance, scalability, CI/CD, DevOps principles, and cloud-native architecture, and have strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Additionally, qualifications such as TOGAF certification, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar credentials, experience in global content delivery and multi-brand architectures, familiarity with Adobe Suite integrations, and a proactive approach to staying updated on technology trends and emerging technologies will be beneficial for this role.,
