Job Description
- As a Lead Consultant, React/Redux Developer at Genpact, you will play a key role in coding, testing, and delivering high-quality deliverables. Your willingness to learn new technologies is crucial for success in this position. Working closely with development architects, clients, and business analysts, you will be responsible for building efficient solutions using the appropriate technology stack. Your tasks will include developing web applications and components based on a Java/React technology stack, understanding the architecture and functional sub-components within the overall application platform, and participating in the complete software lifecycle - analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions. Ownership of projects and deliverables is a key aspect of this role, as well as staying in sync with the tools and processes available firmwide. The qualifications we seek in you include a BE/B Tech/MCA degree with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred qualifications and skills for this role include proficiency in web technologies such as React, Redux, Typescript, node js, css, Javascript, Testing framework (Jasmine), JIRA, integrating REST APIs in the UI, Terraform, distributed logging, and a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. You should have hands-on experience with web application development utilizing Java, strong analytical and design skills, troubleshooting abilities, effective communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology is preferred, along with the ability to work independently and interface directly with clients and analysts to ensure technical requirements and delivery align with expectations.
