We are currently seeking applications for the position of Lead Consultant-Quality Analyst/Business Analyst, where you will collaborate closely with Business stakeholders and Technology teams to comprehend the fundamental business challenges and deliver optimal IT solutions. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the QA Team to ensure the high quality of products and advocate for efficient QA Tools and Techniques. - Engage in Requirements gathering, Analysis, Design, and Validation processes. - Partner with Technology Leads to ensure effective delivery of business requirements. - Ensure that all new solutions are scalable and conform to high architectural standards. - Work with a larger team to successfully resolve Implementation issues and validate them. - Act as the Quality analyst for a large Platform migration program, analyzing BRD/Requirements and deriving Testing requirements. - Contribute to the creation of Test Strategy and Test scenario development. - Identify Automation opportunities and Execute Test scenarios for certification. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills: - BE/BTech/MCA in IT/Computer Science/Any Engineering discipline or equivalent. - Strong product functionality knowledge. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Experience working in the Lending domain in General. - Strong Business/Quality Analysis and Validation experience. - Ability to collaborate with business analysts, development managers, architects, infrastructure, and other developers to analyze business requirements, propose solutions, and implement them. - Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills. This position is based in India-Bangalore and is a full-time role. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
