Job Description

    As a Compensation and Benefits Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide client services related to compensation and benefits with a focus on ensuring accurate completion of tasks and maintaining resource efficiencies. You will collaborate closely with Delivery Service Management to address client issues, obtain necessary information/documentation, and update transaction information in client/systems in response to changes. Your communication will primarily be through e-mail/telephone. Your key responsibilities will include interpreting and analyzing client processes based on business rules, executing processes accurately and timely, escalating complex issues, adhering to Work Instructions, participating in client calls, performing Root Cause Analysis, proposing process improvements, updating process metrics, maintaining MIS, providing high-level customer service, ensuring task completion, updating client applications accurately, and maintaining client data security and confidentiality. Additionally, you will actively engage in team activities and organizational initiatives. In terms of functional competencies, you are expected to have knowledge of compensation and benefits and performance management processes, possess strong written and verbal English language skills, and be familiar with MS Office/Excel. Proficiency in SuccessFactors would be an added advantage. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and have 1-2 years of business experience in compensation and benefits and performance management. Exposure to the BPO industry would be desirable. Key skills and knowledge required include a strong customer orientation, ability to work under pressure, organization and prioritization skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, teamwork, multi-cultural awareness, and flexibility to work in shifts. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of 59000/- CTC per month, along with PF and a both-way cab facility.,
