    Engineering Manager 

    Role Summary: 
    Oversees engineering teams and projects, ensuring timely delivery, technical excellence, and alignment with business goals. 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Lead and mentor engineering teams. 
    • Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines. 
    • Ensure technical accuracy and quality of deliverables. 
    • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration. 
    • Drive innovation and continuous improvement. 

    Skills & Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering or related field. 
    • 8+ years of engineering experience, with 3+ in leadership. 
    • Strong project management and communication skills. 
    • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and modern engineering tools
