Job Description

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Nursing Degree and Licensure: A valid registered nurse (RN) license is required.   
• Critical Care Experience: Prior experience in an intensive care unit is often preferred or required.   
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating and monitoring various ICU equipment, including ventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps.   
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with the healthcare team and educate patients and families.   
• Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to assess patient conditions, identify potential problems, and implement appropriate interventions.   
• Emotional Support: Ability to provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during stressful situations.   
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and assist patients as needed.
