- Title : Information Retrieval officer Location : Hyderabad [ begumpet ] Full time Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Support Executive to handle inbound/outbound calls, deliver accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, multilingual fluency, and strong adaptability in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information using a user-friendly software system.
- Ensure complete and appropriate responses to customer queries.
- Maintain call duration within the standardized Average Time Taken (ATT).
- Follow company-defined quality standards and call handling norms.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment and also perform effectively when working independently.
- Adapt quickly to changes in processes, tools, or customer expectations.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is mandatory.
- Strong command over grammar and spelling.
- Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with customers.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate desktop systems efficiently.
