Job Description
- You will be working as a Consultant - Service Now at Genpact, a global professional services and solutions firm. Your role will involve leading the design and implementation of cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions for clients, ensuring they align with business objectives and industry best practices. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs. Your responsibilities will include providing technical leadership, mentoring development teams, and staying updated with ServiceNow platform advancements to drive innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations. - Collaborate closely with clients and teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams for successful project execution. - Stay current with ServiceNow platform advancements and emerging trends to drive innovation. - Conduct assessments of existing ServiceNow implementations and offer recommendations for improvements. - Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions. - Open to conducting Proof of Concepts and learning on Generative AI tools beyond python coding. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications / Skills: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related technical discipline. - Experience in ServiceNow development and architecture. - Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including integrations. Preferred Qualifications / Skills: - Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, HAM, SAM, etc. - Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages. - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred. - Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and guide teams. - Strong client-facing and consulting skills. - Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of Generative AI tools beyond python coding, LLM Models, etc. Location: India-Gurugram Schedule: Full-time Education Level: Bachelor's / Graduation / Equivalent Job Posting: Oct 7, 2024, 9:05:52 AM Master Skills List: Consulting Job Category: Full Time,
