We re looking for a Senior Technical Writer to join the Product Content team. This team is a mighty group of Technical Writers and UX Writers who strive to deliver accurate, concise, and well-written technical documentation, online help, and in-app text that helps our users to perform their tasks.
You ll work with agile software engineering teams to write and maintain documentation and in-app text for cloud apps, iPaas, workflow automation, and more. Essential requirements
At least 5 years of proven experience writing technical documentation for complex software products in an agile environment.
You have contributed to multiple shipped products and written technical documentation for developers and other technical audiences for technologies such as cloud, iPaas, SaaS, AI, networking, IoT etc.
You have experience documenting APIs, SDKs, and web applications. You collaborate well with engineering teams to review epics and code samples, ask questions, understand technical tasks, and explain them in plain language.
Outstanding writing skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to research technical concepts, analyze specifications, and communicate them clearly and precisely in plain language.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate respectfully with Engineering, Product Management, and UX to improve user experience and write content.
Youve worked in a docs-as-code approach and are comfortable with Markdown and Git.

Work closely with fast-paced agile software engineering teams, technical writers, designers, and product managers to plan, write, and maintain content for a highly technical product.
Write clearly, concisely, and engagingly to develop technical documentation, API documentation, landing pages, reference materials, scenarios, and user interactions.
Work closely with scrum teams and engineers to understand complex concepts, gather information, and translate technical information into user-friendly content.
Collaborate cross-functionally and with other writers to address customer feedback and work on strategic initiatives, migration, and improvement projects.
Contribute to tools and processes that make documentation more efficient, collaborative, and scalable.
Adapt to a fast-paced, multi-team agile environment with a willingness to manage competing priorities and use agile methods to keep in sync with team priorities and roadmap.
