- Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT service management tools.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.- Understanding of network configurations and connectivity.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and support.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.|
- This position is based at our Noida office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
