Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Sr Executive, you will manage and optimize campaigns across Google and Meta with precision. You'll dig into numbers, hunt for efficiencies, and turn insights into impact. This is a growth-first role, ideal for someone who thrives on experimentation, analytics, and driving ROI in a high-velocity environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and scale campaigns on Google Ads, Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), Microsoft, LinkedIn, others.
• Manage daily budgets, bids, creatives, and ad placements to drive qualified leads
• Own end-to-end funnel performance: from impressions to conversions
• Optimize landing pages and creative assets in collaboration with design and product teams
• Build and monitor performance dashboards; share actionable insights with leadership A/B test ad copies, audiences, formats, and bidding strategies
• Collaborate with CRM, web, and content teams to nurture leads and improve conversion rates
• Stay ahead of platform algorithm updates, tool innovations, and lead-gen best practices

Must-Have Qualifications

• 24 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for B2C lead-gen brands
• Proficiency in managing campaigns via Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and pixel-based optimization
• Analytical mindset with comfort in data platforms like GA4, Excel, or Google Sheets
• Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder communication skills
