Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-quality tech talent across various roles. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruitment and wants to grow in the IT hiring space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and team needs
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess fit
- Schedule technical interviews and manage the interview process end-to-end
- Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders for timely closures
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and internal ATS
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for niche and bulk hiring
- Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and pre-joining follow-up
Required Skills:
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in technical/IT recruitment
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment processes (sourcing to onboarding)
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
