Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic recruiter o join our recruitment team. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for IT and Non-IT roles. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about human resources and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with the HR team to fulfill staffing requirements.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
