Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
- Serve as individual contributor / leading small team taking ownership of the product and driving things forward.
- Utilizing Unreal expertise in C++, Blueprints and tool sets to achieve photorealistic applications, immersive experiences for high fidelity rendering applications, game-oriented developments, plugin development and usage of new Unreal features.
- Collaborate, ideate, and evaluate solutions.
- Participate in system design activities, prototyping and testing.
- Work extensively in collaboration with artists.
- Work with various tools on content creation front in conjunction with game engine
Preferred candidate profile :
- 4+ years of experience in developing real time 3D application in Unreal Engine.
- Comfortable in development with both C++ and Blueprints.
- Good Understanding of Metahumans and oriented pipelines
- Solid understanding of Animation concepts, creation and management of animation pools and dynamic handling of events
- Very good understanding on various animation concepts like blend shapes, IK, FK, retargeting, morphable model etc.,
- Basic utility-oriented operations beyond unreal engine like parsing file, basic python usage, data transfer/sharing between applications...
- Knowledge of texturing, shading and lighting.
- Decent understanding & hands on experience on procedural content generation / animation systems
- Good understanding of Computer Graphics concepts.
- Experience with plugin development for Unreal.
