Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the SAP MM workstream in S/4HANA implementation , rollout, or support projects.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to procurement, inventory, and logistics processes.
- Configure and customize MM components such as:
- Purchase Requisitions and Orders
- Goods Receipts, Goods Issues, and Transfer Postings
- Vendor Master and Material Master
- Inventory Management and Physical Inventory
- Automatic Account Determination
- Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (SD, FI, WM, PP, QM).
- Design and implement solutions using SAP Fiori apps and S/4HANA best practices.
- Support data migration, cutover planning, testing, and hypercare.
- Prepare detailed documentation including functional specifications and training materials.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to MM processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 9 10 years of experience in SAP MM , with at least 2 3 years in S/4HANA .
- Strong understanding of S/4HANA-specific changes in procurement and inventory.
- Experience with:
- Material Valuation, Batch Management
- Outline Agreements (contracts and scheduling agreements)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process
- Stock Transport Orders (STO)
- Fiori apps related to MM
- Experience working with IDocs , interfaces , and 3rd-party system integrations .
- Ability to work independently and manage client expectations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP MM Certification (especially on S/4HANA)
- Familiarity with SAP Ariba , SAP WM/EWM , or SAP SRM is a plus
- Experience in SAP Activate methodology
- Exposure to global rollout projects
Education:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
